Design of Plug-in:
X360 series products adopt backplane bus design, with all business cards modular according to different requirement. The business cards support hot plugging (hot replace).
Design of Interface Card:
X360 all modules supports hardware echo suppression, which has decreased the system load and increased the stability.
Life line feature of analog interface when power fails:
X360 series products support life line on module XME-A (only 16FXS+16FXO configuration) when power fails. It supports life line at 1:1. After the electricity supply of X360 is cut off, FXO call can be directly connected to FXS.
Dual machine Hot Backup:
When one of the X360 series in the system due to software or hardware failure, the system can switch to the other healthy X360 automatic, so that the whole system can continuously provide uninterrupted service.

X360 series provide Enterprise Reception Assistance Software, a client software for Windows system. It can display the states of all extension and the trunk, support call forwarding , call pickup, click-to-dial function,and call conference.
Electronic Fax (Optional):
X360 series support electronic fax function, with the fax function according to WEB interface. Customers can receive faxes through the analog fax,and save it as an image format, and vice versa.
Click-Dialing Enterprise Phone Book:
X100 provides unified Enterprise Phone book function. The enterprise maintains the phone book. Besides, the Phone book has Click-Dialing function. The end user will call the number by clicking the Phone Book.
